Complete BullShit!!!!!

No one here is really thinking about this rationally, and are instead automatically assuming that you're out of a place to live, if your current landlord sells the property to another person. That's not how it works. The person that the property is being sold to CAN evict everyone if they had it in their heart to put people out on the streets, to turn their newly obtain property into whatever they see fit. Or even just to renovate the property to make it more appealing for new tenants. BUT you're not 100% out of a place to live, if they sell the property. It's like when a manager at your job, or a Principal at your school resigns, and someone takes their place. Your place of work doesn't go out of business, or your school doesn't get shut down because of it. It's simply just a change in leadership. Sure there may be small changes like an increase in rent, or even a decrease... but you don't move out due to the property rights changing hands.

I don't know entirely what would happen after the property is sold, but generally, there is nothing drastic being changed. Unless they clearly stated that you need to get your shit, and go... there's no reason to be concerned.
